BSNL introduces plans with 3G Blackberry phone in India!

Hey! What is your opinion on BSNL services. In my experience the only problem that they have is the "Network busy" problem... somethimes. I havent had any other problems till now. What is your opinion. As they are introducing the new 3G services.. will you buy one of those 3G phones from them?
for an average user i dont think 3 G is of use.I use mobile for making calls and sending sms only and i dont find the facilities offered by 3 G to be of an value added factor to me.
