Its depends on the webhosting, you have choosen,if you could mention the web-hosting name, then i could help you out!Usually, most of the web-hosting control panel has a menu item called file manager, in that you will get the uploading options.
I know most webstites have their control panels but since you don't seem to have one on your website you should look for the FTP account setting. The ID and the password, choose any FTP software like Fire FTP or anything else and use it to upload files on your account.
