how to lose weight quickly ? is there any trick to lose weight quickly..please dont post any ebook links. Suggest something taht you have tried.

I have been trying this for some time now and It was very effective. I have lost pretty much weight within 6 months. The basic principle is that if you have your dinner by around 7p.m; by the time you sleep the food will be digested completely. So you dinner wont add to your weight! This is a very good option and you should definitely try it out.

Dude if it was possible to loose weight quickly, without much effort... there would be no fat one's on this earth. I am not trying to disappoint you. To gain something, you have to loose something... general principle... The following may be helpful to you, i believe.

1. Do regular excersise for not less than 20 mins.. that too which effectively burns all your body parts!

Have to suffer a bit of pain if you really wanna loose weight.

2. And with controlled diet.

I owe you, there is no short cut to loosing weight. Work hard, and gradually you get the result.

Fast weight loss is not usually sustainable weight loss. Given that you are only 12 you should make an effort to exercise more and eat a balanced diet.

Drink water instead of pop, juice or energy drinks. Dont snack after dinner. Always eat breakfast. Try to be active everyday. Stop eating when your full. Smaller portions.

well this tried and tested by me, i have experienced it and will also give u the logical explanation for the same.. the method i am recommending is also healthy, and prescribed by an ayurvedic doctor who is a padmashree..
method:
no breakfast, lunch at 12 noon and dinner at 7.30
2 hrs gap before u go off to sleep at night
the above is to regularize your digesting system
eating in small intervals is not healthy as it keeps the digesting system busy all day and the system does not get enough rest.doing the above will help stop the formation of gas in your body which relaxes your inner system.
next take a glass of bitter gourd(eng)or kerela (hindi)juice or two spoons of castor oil early in the morning, empty stomach. this will clear ur intestines. lot of food particles stick to the inner walls of the intestines, this helps clear it all. so u cleanse your body and at the same time loose weight in a healthy manner. make sure the day u plan to take the juice or oil is a holiday for u as u might have to visit the loo many times a day.
repeat this once in every 10/15 days.. i lost 5 kgs in 4 weeks. took it every sunday.
my fater lost 18 kgs over a period of 6 months.
the best part about the whole thing is you dont feel dehydrated or week. in turn your skin starts glowing and makes u looks younger as well...
