Why all politicians wear white dress?

Why is bribing of traffic police so common in Delhi?
Submitted by nats on Fri, 07/31/2009 - 09:54.Bribing of traffic police is so rampant in Delhi. It is everywhere. People simply bribe the police officer to get away from breaking traffic rules. Is this rampant in other parts of India too? What is the solution to this bad practice? It is so shameful.
