1. The service provider - NeoWebArts, currently provide users with access to a rich collection of on-line resources, including online portal to answer users questions ("GETANSWERS.CO.IN"). GETANSWERS is provided to you by NEOWEBARTS on an "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" basis subject to the provisions contained herein for your private personal use only. Any other use or attempt to use GETANSWERS for commercial purposes, promotion of products and services, or other such purposes, directly or indirectly, by you or by a third party is prohibited.

2. Children Under 13. Please note that the GETANSWERS, are NOT FOR USE BY CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE. If it comes to NEOWEBARTS's attention through reliable means that a registered user is a child under 13 years of age, NEOWEBARTS will cancel that user's account. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NEOWEBARTS URGES ALL MEMBERS TO MAINTAIN BACKUP VERSIONS OF THEIR CONTENT ON THEIR COMPUTERS TO GUARD AGAINST LOSSES OF ANY KIND. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT NEOWEBARTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONDUCT BY USERS OF GETANSWERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USERS' CONTENT, COMMUNICATIONS, INFORMATION PROVIDED, ETC. NEOWEBARTS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE ACCURACY, USEFULNESS OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION TRANSMITTED, UPLOADED, POSTED OR MADE AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH GETANSWERS. 10. Miscellaneous- (10.1) NEOWEBARTS reserves the right and the sole discretion to (A) make improvements, corrections, adaptations, conversions and/or any other change in GETANSWERS and to any part thereof and/or to a revised or new Terms of Use;
(B) change, limit, terminate, remove or cease to provide at any time, temporarily or permanently, GETANSWERS or any part thereof, to all users or any number thereof including without limitation, the use of or access to GETANSWERS, granted to you or to any other user, at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason;
(C) take and keep for itself, limit, terminate, cease to provide, cause a member to surrender any and all MEMBERSHIPS within GETANSWERS;
(D) refrain from publishing on this site and delete or remove from GETANSWERS, at its sole discretion, any Information or material provided for display, posted, uploaded or transmitted by any user or any part thereof;
(E) Establish a new operating and usage policy for GETANSWERS and change it at any time for any reason or no reason;
(F) cancel, change, hold, de-list, introduce different options and features to different users using GETANSWERS, at any time.
 (10.2) NEOWEBARTS may change from time to time, the NEOWEBARTS Terms of Service including these Terms of Use. You agree that your use of GETANSWERS, beyond a period of 30 days after a notice of such change has been provided on the NEOWEBARTS network OR GETANSWERS Web site for the first time, shall constitute your consent to the new or revised NEOWEBARTS Terms of Service.
(10.3) In case of contradiction between any provision of the NEOWEBARTS End User License Agreement ("NEOWEBARTS EULA") and any provision of this document, the provision of the NEOWEBARTS EULA shall prevail, unless the provision of this document reflects narrower responsibility on behalf of NEOWEBARTS than the relevant provision of the NEOWEBARTS EULA. In case of contradiction between any provision of this document and any provision of the NEOWEBARTS Help File, or the Usage Notices the provision of this document shall prevail, unless the provision of the NEOWEBARTS Help File or Usage Notices reflect narrower responsibility on behalf of NEOWEBARTS than the relevant provision of this document.
(10.4) Any reference made in this document to NEOWEBARTS shall be deemed to have been made to NEOWEBARTS, its subsidiaries, successors, assignees, affiliates as well as any company that controls NEOWEBARTS, directly or indirectly, and any other subsidiary of that controlling company.
