Hi,
1. Wake up in the morning and after a few minutes running, drink some coffee, boiled with water only, don't add any sugar or milk into it(just coffee boiled in water).
than, lay down on your right side and fold your legs to touch your stomach as far as you are comfortable, and than start breathing in and breathing out, do this for 10-15 minutes, than get fresh if you want to repeat it three times in a week and on third day, try to go on a fast just drinking water and juices mixed with aloe vera juice(if you can get it).
Repeat this process for few weeks and you will notice the change for sure, it is a method of detoxification, it will also clear you liver and intestinal blockages.
Also, if you want you can drink lemonade mixed with honey in luke warm water one hour after the coffee in the morning,you can take this in the evening also to get fast results.
