Why India is still under poverty? Is there any solution to recover it? and why the rate of poverty increases?

Why India is still under poverty,Is there any solution to recover it and why the rate of poverty increases?
Is it due to lack of Literacy?
Why the economy power of rich peoples increases and the poor get more poor,what is the reason behind this?
When will India get relief from this ?
